Nice to meet you!

Hello, I am Shuo Wen, a fourth-year computer science PhD student in MLBio lab at EPFL. Currently, I am mainly working on multimodal machine learning and its application in single-cell biology, advised by Prof. Maria Brbic. I am also interested in open-world discovery and world models and their application in single-cell biology.

Prior to my PhD, I received my master’s degree from EPFL and my bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Also, I did an internship at the Max Planck Institute for Informatics with Gerard Pons-Moll and Julian Chibane.
